Access: There are three requirements for accessing the CAD Admin Dashboard and allowing data to populate the website:
  • SOLIDWORKS Customer Portal Account
  • Current SOLIDWORKS License Subscription
  • Turn on the ‘SOLIDWORKS Customer Experience Improvement Program’ setting from within the SOLIDWORKS User Interface under: Tools > Options > System Options > General

  • Each serial number you want to monitor needs to be registered in your Customer Portal account.
