Course #1 - Getting Started

Follow a SOLIDWORKS Expert as she walks through the sample Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA) sample exam and explains how to perform well in the actual test. This introduction video explains what is involved and helps you gain access to the sample exam used in this video series. The CSWA is the entry-level certification for SOLIDWORKS and should be possible to achieve after learning SOLDWORKS in an educational setting, after taking an Essentials course, or after using the program correctly for a few months.

Course #2 - Building A Part

This video covers questions 3 & 4, which are heavily focused on sketching and creating a simple part. The CSWA is the entry-level certification for SOLIDWORKS and should be possible to achieve after learning SOLDWORKS in an educational setting, after taking an Essentials course, or after using the program correctly for a few months.

Course #3 - Adding Part Complexity

This section continues from the previous video and requires additional features to be added to the part.

This section continues from the previous video and requires advanced features to be added to the part.

Course #5 - Assembly Design

This section covers adding mates in the assembly environment to precisely position linked components.
